Hello there!
I’m a very experienced advertising editor, learning my trade at Annex Films, the oldest commercials production company in London, where I worked for nearly 10 years. I then spent 4 years agency side as the senior editor at k-works, (krow london’s in-house production department). Since going freelance, I’ve done jobs for many of London’s top ad agencies including work for some of the world’s biggest brands (Nike, BMW, Vodafone etc.).
As well as broadcast and content, feel free to chuck mood/pitch films my way. I have very strong After Effects, I can colour grade and sound mix. My photoshop skills aren’t bad either.
Outside of work, I cook, I box and I love a game of backgammon.
TECH BITS:
I usually work from home where I have a high end edit suite: M1 Mac Studio with Apple Studio dispaly, plus two further calibrated monitors that can reproduce 100% rec.709 (broadcast) and sRGB(web) colour spaces. Video out is routed through a Blackmagic Design UltraStudio 4k mini. I have professional grade audio monitoring (Yamaha HS-5 speakers and Beyerdynamic DT-770 pro headphones). There’s even a broadcast quality mic (Rode NT2) for guide VOs.
Working away from home, I have a fullly portable edit suite that can be packed into a carry-on sized wheelie bag. Kit includes a MacBook Pro with two external monitors, an external sound card with a pair of bose speakers + sennheiser headphones, a stand, keyboard, multi-plug extension etc.
